[[TEEP]] is an acronym summarising the most Technically, Environmentally and Economically Practicable approach to [[Waste Collection Authority]] collections that places a requirement upon those collecting [[MSW]] to demonstrate compliance with Article 11 of the [[Waste Framework Directive]] requiring the separate collection of recyclable materials.
 
The [[TEEP]] clause has been enacted into English and Welsh law by the [[Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2011]].

TEEP is an acronym summarising the most Technically, Environmentally and Economically Practicable approach to Waste Collection Authority collections that places a requirement upon those collecting MSW to demonstrate compliance with Article 11 of the Waste Framework Directive requiring the separate collection of recyclable materials.

The TEEP clause has been enacted into English and Welsh law by the Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2011.
