	[[Waste Disposal Authorities]] or [[Waste Collection Authority\|Waste Collection Authorities]] will select this option from a drop down list within [[WasteDataFlow]] if any of their [[Recycling]] streams e.g. glass, plastics, scrap metal etc has been sent to an exporter i.e. a company or an individual that sends goods (in this case recyclates) to another country for sale.
