This includes ELWA, Wakefield City Council and the BDR Waste Partnership - Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council, Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council and Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council.
Of the 14 million tonnes of waste handled a year, 89% is either recycled or used for energy recovery.[1]
