This is a ‘waste destination’ description that appears in WasteDataFlow.
Waste Disposal Authorities and/or Waste Collection Authorities will select this option from a drop down list within WasteDataFlow if any items or materials have been sent to an exporter i.e. a company or an individual that sends goods to another country for sale for Reuse, examples may be working items of WEEE, Textiles, Furniture etc
