	Waste from private households, usually collected by the [[Waste Collection Authority]] ([[WCA]]). The collection system may be operated directly by the [[WCA]] or on its behalf by a private contractor. Also includes [[Bulky Waste]] collected and waste deposited at [[HWRC]] sites.
